December Condo Sales Report in Miami-Dade
Despite a decrease in condo sales volume to $457 million in December from $504 million in November, the number of closings slightly increased to 677 from 672.
Prices ranged from $75,000 to $10.5 million, with a median price of $394,000. Price per square foot varied from $114 to $3019, with a median of $426 per square foot.
The priciest sale was at the Porsche Design Tower, 18555 Collins Avenue, for $10.5 million, while the most affordable was unit A-121 at New World Condominium III in Miami Gardens, priced at $75,000.
